The area is predominately made up of 1930's style semi detached homes and is popular with families. Close by there are local amenities and also both primary and secondary schools. Morecambe Cricket Club play their home matches on Woodhill Lane which is handy if you like this sport, and there is also Morecambe F.C stadium which is a short drive away. Regular buses connect this area to the centre of Morecambe, the Village of Heysham or even into the historic city of Lancaster. BRIEF DESCRIPTION The home does need updating inside throughout as you will see by looking at the photos, however it has been well loved and cared for. The hallway not only provides access into all the ground floor rooms but also has the staircase which will lead up to the first floor. The lounge and dining room have been opened up into a through room and there is also a fitted kitchen with a pantry style cupboard.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, of which two are generous double rooms and a three piece coloured bathroom suite.
Externally there are gardens to the front and rear and there is also a driveway providing off street parking. STEP INSIDE The main front entrance opens up into the homes generous sized hallway. It is here you will find the staircase which naturally will lead you up to the first floor landing and there are three timber doors opening into the ground floor rooms on offer. SPACIOUS RECEPTION ROOMS The lounge and dining area have been opened up to create a good sized through room, running the full length of the home. The front elevation offers a double glazed bay window and a gas fire can be found to the centre of the room.
The rear reception room is where the current owner has their lounge as it offers a pleasant outlook into the rear garden. The main focal point of this well proportioned room is a gas fire set in a modern marble effect hearth and backdrop complete with a timber fire surround. KITCHEN WITH PANTRY Buyers will more than likely decide to change the kitchen once you move in, however there is currently ample storage space on offer and room for all the everyday expected white goods which we all need. Access out to the side of the home is available from the kitchen and there is also a very handy and spacious walk in pantry style cupboard which will no doubt soon fill up. LET'S GO UPSTAIRS Once at the top of the carpeted staircase you will reach the first floor landing. This area is well lit thanks to the window to the side elevation allowing in the natural light and there is of course access into all the rooms available on this level. BEDROOM ONE, TWO & THREE With this being a semi detached home the upstairs layout will be very similar to other homes you may already have seen with two bedrooms at the front and one to the rear. The largest bedroom is actually to the rear and looks into the garden offering ample space for your bedroom furniture. Another double bedroom can be found overlooking the front along with the third single room offering the same aspect. THREE PIECE BATHROOM The bathroom has been fitted with a coloured three piece suite and has been partially tiled to compliment. The room is a good size and a frosted double glazed window allows the natural light to enter the room. GREEN FINGERS? If you like gardening then there is plenty you can do with this home. The front garden is relatively low maintenance with planted borders, a driveway for off street parking and gated/walled boundaries. However the rear garden is a great size and so much could be done with this space with a bit of imagination. Fenced boundaries make this an enclosed space and there is even a timber shed for storing all your gardening equipment. DIMENSIONS GROUND FLOOR
