THE LOCATION A popular central location with great access to the town centre amenities and promenade. There are also good local amenities with shops, schools, nurseries and churches near by. There is a main bus route and Morecambe train station is within half a mile. The area has a good mix both in styles of housing and in the people who live there. There are substantial detached houses, post war semi detached houses, Victorian terraces and more modern townhouses.
