"Extended family home in Torrisholme! With 4 bedrooms, 2 receptions, a modern kitchen, conservatory, garage, driveway and garden that makes the most of the sun this family home could just have it all! Call us to view!

Location Torrisholme has a thriving village community. There's plenty of local shops and a Booths Supermarket too. The area is very popular with local families and is within the catchment area of some very popular local schools. There's good road and rail links too with the nearby train station at Bare connecting to the centre of Lancaster within minutes. What does it offer? This double fronted family home has a two storey rear extension and offers generous family living space throughout. Briefly there is an entrance hallway, to one side a lounge opening to a rear conservatory and to the other a generous dining room opening to a large fitted kitchen which also accesses the conservatory. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and the family bathroom. The house has double glazing and a gas central heating system and outside you will find a gated driveway, detached garage with light and power, a flagged patio garden and elevated lawn garden which really makes the most of the sun. A front garden sets the property back from the road and shrubs add privacy. This is a popular residential road not far from the village centre. Living Accommodation The front door opens onto a porch and from there to a central hallway. To the right you will find a generous lounge with living flame gas fire and traditional surround. The decor is neutral and with a large picture window to the front and patio doors opening to the rear conservatory this is a generous reception room which is bright and airy. The garage has both light and power and is accessed from the front by an up and over garage door and also from the side by a pedestrian door. Immediately to the rear of the home is a generous flagged rear garden from where steps lead up to an elevated lawn garden with nature plants and shrubs. This garden really makes the most of the sun."
