THE LOCATION Regent Park Grove has traditionally been quite a sought after area being situated within the Regent Park area and benefitting from having stylish, slightly larger houses. The properties are generally semi detached and have often attracted more mature families. They offer good dimensions and generally have gardens too. The local area offers a good range of amenities and the town centre is not far away. The Westgate shops and businesses are also not far and the main bus route is convenient being along Regent Road itself. The immediate surroundings though are residential.
