THE LOCATION Westgate has long been a popular residential area but it is becoming increasingly popular with modern townhouses, like this one, becoming especially sought after by young professionals and families. It's not hard to see why, Westgate is ideally placed with great travel links through to the town centre or towards Lancaster. There's a great local community though with a parade of local shops and businesses, a supermarket and of course great primary school and local Doctor's surgery. Set within this area is Plantain Walk, a quiet cul de sac of modern townhouses. THE PROPERTY OVERVIEW An end townhouse offering all the benefits of a semi detached home. The allocated parking and driveway to the side allow parking for up to three vehicles and there is a pleasant courtyard style frontage. At the rear a private rear garden space has wooden panelled fenced boundaries and a gate separates front and rear making this garden safe and secure for children or pets. The rear garden is flagged for ease of maintenance and there is a garden shed with both light and power.
