Village Location Kevin Grove is situated in the rural village of Overton. Overton is steeped in history, an old fishing village it lies south west of the city of Lancaster, between Heysham and the Lune Estuary. The oldest parts of the the church, St Helen's, date back to the 12th Century. The village school, again St Helen's C of E primary school is very well thought of and in recent years has attracted young families to the area. Overton is well places for access to Heysham Bypass and with the extension of the link road connecting to the M6, now under way road links for commuters will improve even more. Overton gives you the option of enjoying a rural and peaceful home life yet still being close enough to amenities, towns and the city to never be isolated. The cycle path out of Lancaster has also been extended along the Lune and a bus service serves the village.
