"Open views to the front and plenty of room inside and out at this generous family home. Space and light characterise the inside of the house and outside is a mature garden, plenty of parking and a detached garage.

Location
Osborne Grove has open aspect views to the front and is a peaceful, family friendly setting. It is hard to believe that all the amenities of the town centre are close by but in reality you are close to the centre, some great local schools, busy bus routes, the train station and there is a corner shop just at the end of the road. The area has long been popular with local families as these houses, built in 1960's, are known to be generous offering extra space for growing families. The area also attracts more mature families though with the peaceful setting, good neighbourhood and proximity to the local amenites all being great reasons to locate here.

A Brief Summary
Built in 1965 this semi detached family home offers great space both inside and out. From the front are open aspect views and the at the front there is generous gated parking with a second set of gates securing the side driveway and the garage. There is a generous rear garden too. The front door opens onto a wide and open hallway from where there is access to two generous reception rooms, the kitchen and a ground floor WC. The dining room has double glazed patio doors opening to the rear garden. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a larger than average bathroom. The home has double glazing and a gas central heating system. The loft is boarded out for storage and the gas boiler for the home, which is in the kitchen,has recently been serviced.

York stone steps lead to the double glazed front door which has a full length side light making allowing plenty of natural light to flow into this welcoming hallway. The sense of space is immediately apparent as this hallway is wider than average, the door to the lounge is also glazed helping to create a really bright and cheerful living area. From the hallway stairs lead up to the first floor and doors open to the ground floor rooms. The front room has a large double glazed picture window looking out to the front.
