"This very nicely presented two bedroom semi detached true bungalow in the highly popular village of Bare demands further inspection. The location is absolutely fantastic as you have the high street at Princes Crescent with all available amenities and the train station within a small walk interconnecting you to Lancaster and the other surrounding areas. The bungalow itself is set on a very generous plot. From the kerb side you access the long driveway which could hold three vehicles and has gardens to both sides. The driveway leads down to a sizeable garage which is accessible by remote control, has power and light and could hold two small cars. To the rear there is an easy to maintain flagged patio garden with decorative plant pots and shrub borders. Internally you are met by a welcoming entrance hallway which links to the living accommodation which comprises a spacious lounge overlooking the front gardens, two well proportioned bedrooms, a smart kitchen and modern shower room suite and a lovely conservatory to the rear of the property.
