Location
Torrisholme is a sought after family location and it's easy to see why. The houses are well laid out and generous, there is a thriving local community and within the area are some very well thought of local schools. The village of Torrisholme is close to Morecambe town centre and has good access through to Lancaster but the village itself has a whole host of shops and businesses from a bridal boutique and beauticians to supermarket, pub and various eateries. The new link road will soon enhance the ease of travel further afield by linking direct to the M6. The nearby village of Bare also offers a train station which connects through to Lancaster City centre and the main West Coast line within minutes. With Morecambe's famous promenade close by and Happy Mount Park within easy reach there is always plenty of family entertainment on hand too. Hyde Road itself is a tranquil tree lined road where families tend to settle and stay.

The double garage has an electric door to the front and at the end of the driveway there is a side gate into the rear garden. From the house the rear garden is accessed through the kitchen. You will be impressed at the space offered in this garden, it really is great garden for all the family. Beside the house is a courtyard which, being enclosed by walls, is a real afternoon sun trap.
