"THIS SEMI DETACHED HOME WILL BE IDEAL FOR FAMILIES AND HAS A GREAT REAR GARDEN!!! Yealand Drive is a quiet residential street and this home has so much to offer. There is a spacious lounge and modern kitchen diner to the ground floor with three bedrooms and a bathroom to the first floor. The front garden is fairly low maintenance and the rear is an excellent size with a patio area and a great lawn for the kids to play on. THE LOCATION Yealand Avenue is located on a quiet residential street in the Heysham area of similar styled properties. Heysham itself is a popular area for many reasons and this part is itself is a real family area. Close by there is a local primary school along with two convenience stores and a post office. There is a regular bus service which runs into Morecambe and then on into Lancaster City Centre and there is also the New Medical Health Service building close to hand.
