"A home you won't want to leave! This modernised family home is on a popular Heysham cul de sac with great amenities and schools close by. There's a modern kitchen diner, patio doors, three bedrooms and garden.

Where is it? Yealand Avenue is a quiet cul de sac in popular Heysham. It's the type of place where families settle, grow and seldom move on. It's easy to see why considering what the area has to offer and with the recent introductions of a new health centre and fitness centre, not to mention the link road which will soon connect Heysham to the M6, Heysham just goes from strength to strength. Yealand Avenue is a road of traditional semi detached houses with gardens. Heysham itself is a popular area for many reasons and this part is itself is a real family area. Close by there are local primary schools along with two convenience stores and a post office. There is a regular bus service connecting the local towns and direct to the city of Lancaster. The historic Heysham Village is not too far away which offers pleasing walks along the Cliffs of Morecambe Bay and then down onto the shore and there are popular Public Houses which also serves food and has entertainment in the summer months. What does it offer? You will be delighted at the accommodation on offer here. To the rear of the house is a modern, open plan kitchen diner. There's a good range of fitted cabinets and the dining area is light and bright with double glazed patio doors which open onto the rear garden which itself is a delight.
