"EXTENDED SEMI IN POPULAR ST JOHNS!...A spacious house with side and rear extensions. Offering a porch, hallway, 2 receptions, fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and separate WC. Outside there are generous gardens and a garage. The house has GCH but would benefit from modernisation. NO CHAIN!

THE LOCATION Situated in the sought after St John's area with the parish church of St John's close by. This area has long been popular and has a very good reputation. It attracts a wide range of professional couples and familes. The houses themselves are are mix of detached and semi detached and offer generous dimensions inside and out, generally having rear gardens. The area is residential and peaceful but the town centre amenites of Morecambe are not far away. The historic village of Heysham is also not far and there are some great walks along the cliffs and exploring the local beaches. The area benefits from having some good schools close by and there are good travel links too. THE PROPERTY OVERVIEW This three bedroom semi detached house has been extended to the side and rear. There is a separate WC and a bathroom housing a two piece bathroom suite in pale yellow with tiling to match. EXTERNALLY The garage is accessed by an up and over garage door and it also has a rear door to the garden. There is both light and power.
