ABOUT THE LOCATION Moreton Green is a quiet cul-de-sac off which forms part of the Mossgate Park development. The area consists of residential properties built circa 2000 ranging between smaller one and two bedroom properties, to substantial detached 5 bedroom houses. Mossgate Park has long been popular with young couples, families and the retired. The area is well served by local schools and travel into Heysham, Morecambe or Lancaster is on hand with a regular local bus service and the bypass accessible. There are popular local walks along Heysham Moss which is a haven for wildlife and plant life. Not far away, at Strawberry Gardens, you'll find a wealth of local services with the health centre, library, shops and restaurants.
