THE LOCATION Manor Grove is situated on a residential street comprised of semi detached houses built circa 1950. The area is largely residential with a mix of styles and ages but is served by some great local shops and amenities. There are two good primary schools close by and Heysham High School is close by too. There is a main bus route along Balmoral Road and so travel to the town centre, Heysham Village or farther afield is within easy reach.
