This spacious family home has been well loved by the current owners and has been well decorated throughout. The ground floor has a generous sized lounge, separate dining room which opens into the conservatory and also an extended Breakfast kitchen which opens out to the rear garden. Upstairs you will discover two double bedrooms along with a further single room and a contemporary three piece bathroom. The loft has been fully converted to make another great sized double room which would be an ideal space for a teenager. The gardens have been well maintained with the rear being very private and off road parking is also available. There are views towards the Bay from the front of the property and the home is both double glazed and gas central heated. COME ON IN... The main entrance to the front of the home opens up into a small vestibule which has retained the original stained glass inner door and windows which are lovely character features. The hallway has been tastefully decorated in a soft, neutral style and here you can gain access into all the ground floor rooms. THE GROUND FLOOR ROOMS Buyers will find that the main living area for the home looks out over the front of the home and offers partial sea views. To the centre of the room there is a marble effect fireplace with a living flame gas fire inset for you to cosy up in front of on those winter evenings. The room still has the original picture rails and coved ceilings yet has a contemporary feel for those who like more modern touches. The second reception room could be used for dining and entertaining guests however the current owners use this area for more of a sitting room where the kids can play and chill out. Once again there is a gas fire on offer to the centre of the room and you will see that the conservatory is open plan to this room. The conservatory is a wonderful place to sit and relax whilst enjoying looking out into the private rear garden.
The kitchen is a truly wonderful size and we are sure you will agree that this has been very well designed. Here you will find plenty of storage available for your pots, pans and cutlery along with ample work space for those who love to cook. The kitchen boasts a double electric oven, a four ring gas hob and a stainless steel extractor canopy above. There is also plenty of room for all the other white goods we all need and a rather handy breakfast bar for you to dine at. The room offers a dual aspect over both the front and rear of the home making this a bright and airy space. THE UPSTAIRS ROOMS Once upstairs you will find the master bedroom enjoys a pleasing aspect over the front of the home and looks out towards Morecambe Bay so you can enjoy those wonderful sunsets. This bedroom is a great sized double room which has a range of built in wardrobes to one wall for all your storage needs. The second double bedroom overlooks the rear garden and also has built in storage available whilst the third bedroom is a single room or some buyers may choose to use this space as a home office, depending on your needs. The bathroom has been very well appointed with floor to ceiling tiling for ease of cleaning. The bathroom features a modern three piece suite which has a shower above the bath offering you the best of both worlds and there is built in storage under the sink to hide away your toiletries.
The first floor landing also has access up to the fourth bedroom which is now a fantastic sized double room with space for a double bed, wardrobes, a desk and even a sofa. There is a double glazed window to the far end allowing in ample natural light. We feel this would be a great space for one of the older children in the family to enjoy. OUTSIDE SPACE First impressions count, and when you approach this home it is clear to see that the property is well looked after. There is off road parking available for two vehicles to the front and a small lawned garden area with planted shrubs to add a little colour. Gated access down the side of the home will lead you round to the rear garden making this an enclosed space. The rear garden is over two levels with a paved patio seating area at the bottom and steps lead you up to the well maintained lawned garden with well stocked beds to both sides. At the top of the garden there is a great sized timber storage shed for all your gardening equipment. The rear enjoys south facing aspect for you to enjoy the sunshine throughout the summer months."
