"Stylish classical elegance with a top quality renovation and village location. A generous apartment with private entrance occupying the ground floor of this period building with impressive front bay window, three bedrooms, all mod cons, a garage and parking for up to three.

The Setting The property forms part of the once very imposing Heysham Hall which was built in 1848. The Hall was later extended and in 1922 opened as a large hotel billed as 'The Motorist's Mecca'. Later still and large parts of Heysham Hall were demolished, the building you see today is all that now remains Heysham Hall. An impressive building, it sits on an elevated position with striking bay windows looking out to Morecambe Bay and the Lakeland Fells.
The elevated position allows for fabulous views and being situated at the top of a cul de sac it is peaceful and tucked away. the historic village of Heysham is just a walk away. The property enjoys an enviable position with both privacy and great access to all the village amenities. With many 17th Century fisherman?s cottages, the village centre retains real links with its heritage, indeed there's been a settlement here well into ancient times. Just a brief stroll down Main Street will take you to some great walks along the Cliffs, Barrows and beaches where you can enjoy that famous sea air and the fabulous views this coastline is renowned for. The village itself has twice won 'Britain?s in Bloom' and is a well kept and much cared for village centre. The nearby port of Heysham has links to Ireland and The Isle of Man but Heysham is also well placed for access to the bypass and commuting to Lancaster or the M6. Morecambe town centre is just a few miles away and the village is popular with all age groups. The Property Number 16 occupies a part of the ground floor of Heysham Hall taking in that striking front bay window and enjoying a private entrance. There is parking for up to three vehicles, a garage, ornamental garden and to the rear a communal garden, drying area and outhouses.
Internally Number 16 opens onto a generous vestibule with modern tiled floor and from here an impressive, large, original pine paneled door opens to the reception area.
