"This modernised family home has French doors to the garden and modernised accommodation throughout. With an extended kitchen, double glazing and GCH this home is a great family home in a residential, family area!

What's in the area? Harewood Avenue is tucked away off Balmoral Road in Morecambe which features similar styled properties along with larger Victorian terraces making this a popular location for families. Close by you will find local Primary schools, and Heysham High School is also within a short distance. Balmoral Road features a handy convenience store on the corner which will no doubt come in handy. Travel less than a mile and you could find yourself walking along Morecambe's Promenade and enjoy it's world famous sunsets. There is also a regular bus route which will take you into Morecambe, Heysham or the neighbouring Historic City of Lancaster. Come and have a look around the area and you will see what it has going for it. What's special about this house? This is a great family home with plenty that is special and different to many.
