The Best of Both! What could possibly be better than buying a brand new house? Nothing to worry about, no unexpected bills from updating it. Well we think you'll find that buying this particular house might just provide you with the best of both. You'll have a new house on a new development but with the added security of knowing that it has been tried and tested by it's current owners. It has been upgraded by it's current owners and finished with higher than standard spec on the fittings, carpets, decor etc. It has been extended by it's current owners with the addition of a stunning rear conservatory which really does catch the sun. The garden, which, we're told, is a bit of a sun trap has been landscaped and finished.
