"Lovely three bed semi in a sought after location of Heysham. This home is ready to move into, with minimal work required. Its fabulous location and spacious rooms are sure to prove popular. Book your viewing today.

The Location Eardley Road is located in the historic village of Heysham and just seconds away from some stunning coastline. Local amenities are plentiful, with Strawberry gardens providing numerous shops. Just a short walk away is the new Heysham health centre, with popular schools also close by. To the end of the road are some incredible views over Morecambe Bay, fantastic if you enjoy walks and bike rides. With the newly opened M6 link road just a short drive away, the area is also ideal for commuters and travelling further afield for days out in the Lake district. What To Expect... The deceptively spacious home can boast a great location and would perhaps be ideal as a family property. Inside, you can expect to find a handy entrance vestibule, airy hallway, large lounge, good size dining room and spacious galley style kitchen.

The first floor provides 3 bedrooms, two of which are large doubles, and a 3 piece family bathroom with over head shower.

Externally the home benefits from a mature front garden, driveway, detached garage and great size rear garden. 'Our Thoughts...' 'This home has plenty to offer. The rooms are all good sizes and the outside space is great. However, our favourite thing has to be the location. Imagine leaving and returning home each day and seeing the incredible views that are at the end of the street. Just a short stroll will see you enjoying those world famous sunsets that this part of town is so well known for. Stunning' The Property Entering the home, you will see a large vestibule where you can hang your coats and store shoes, before you step inside the main hallway. The bright and airy space is a lovely way to be welcomed. Perhaps add some colourful personal belongings to really liven the space up.

Off the hallway is the lounge, which is pleasing in both size and layout. The box bay window is a real feature and draws lots of light inside, with a modern electric fire fitted to the chimney breast to add ambience. The space is great. Take a moment to consider what could be done and how you would furnish the rooms. With neutral decor to all walls, the simple addition of your favourite colour scheme would bring the space to life.

The property also benefits from a good size dining room, which is plenty big enough for a large table and chairs. Take a look through the window, where you can enjoy the pleasing aspect over the large rear garden. Perhaps the addition of some french doors would benefit the room, allowing you to open up the space to the rear patio and enjoy socialising with family and friends. Or simply enjoy the room as it is. Either way, this room is a great space.

To the rear of the home you will see the extended galley kitchen, which has been fitted with on trend beech work surfaces and complementing cream cabinetry. Flooring is grey 'tile effect' vinyl, with magnolia walls to finish. The amount of work top space is excellent, providing plenty of room for those who enjoy cooking, with more than enough cupboards to store all your kitchen wear. We love this room. It is light and bright and really is the heart of the home. Take A Look Upstairs... Head upstairs and have a look around. The home provides three bedrooms and modern family bathroom.

The master, as you may expect, is a great size, easily capable of accommodating your furniture. A large run of built in wardrobes offers all the storage you could ever want, with neutral decor on show again. Have a look out of the window. That really is the sea at the end of the road! What a great view.

The second bedroom is another double, which is again fitted with lots of built in storage. Located to the rear of the home, a pleasing aspect of the rear garden is on offer.

Bedroom three is a single room which provides multiple uses depending on your needs. A single bed and furniture would fit comfortably, although we think this could be a fabulous home office or study. The External To the front of the home is a good size garden, which is planted with mature and colourful shrubs, with a long drive providing off street parking for a couple of vehicles. At the end of the drive is a detached garage, ideal for storage, with a secure gate leading through to a mature tiered garden. Being elevated to the rear, sun is plentiful, allowing you to enjoy al fresco dining."
