"RECENTLY RENOVATED SEMI DETACHED HOME...Located on a quiet cul de sac at the top of Heysham and offering modern living throughout. Briefly the home offers two bedrooms, a modern fitted kitchen, family bathroom, lounge and a conservatory, outside is a well maintained rear garden, and to the front is a long driveway providing plenty of off street parking.

THE LOCATION Since its construction Dalesview Crescent has remained a sought after cul de sac popular with young couples and families alike. The residential nature provides peaceful immediate surroundings. There is a regular bus route connecting the centres of Morecambe, Heysham and Lancaster and the bypass is only a short distance away. There are great local amenities at nearby Strawberry Gardens with shops, a health centre and library. With popular schools and churches close by too, it's not hard to see why this area has become so sought after. PROPERTY OVERVIEW A modern semi detached house which enjoys an elevated position, generous driveway and has had recent works of improvement. The property has double glazing and a gas central heating system and briefly offers an entrance hallway, modern kitchen, generous lounge, conservatory, and upstairs two bedrooms and a modern bathroom.
