"A fantastic family home in the popular area of Heysham. This three bed semi is a spacious home with gardens to the front and rear. Close to Heysham village and with major employers just up the road you will love this home. AVAILABLE WITH NO CHAIN.

Location Combermere Road is a residential area in Heysham. Close by is Heysham village with its historic buildings and coastal walks. At the end of the road there is a regular bus service to both Morecambe and Lancaster, there's also great access to the bypass which will very soon link up to the M6 so this area is great for commuters. There are major employers just up the road with Centrica, the power station and the port of Heysham. Summary A semi detached family home offering plenty of space. Briefly there is a entrance hallway, a spacious lounge and a generous kitchen diner with patio doors to the garden. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and the family bathroom. The house has gas central heating and double glazing. Outside to the rear there is a flagged patio garden and lawn area. A tarmacked front garden sets the property back from the road and offers off road parking. Living Accommodation The front door opens onto the hallway: from here stairs lead up to the first floor and doors open to the ground floor rooms. The lounge is a great size, the decor is neutral with a feature wall to add a splash of colour. There is a large double glazed window to the front giving the room a bright and airy feel.
The kitchen diner is a great space to entertain family and friends. The kitchen is fitted with a good range of cabinets finished in ivory with a wooden trim. These are complemented by black granite effect work surfaces and ivory tiling to the walls. There is space for all the usual white goods and a cupboard for extra storage.The kitchen looks out to the rear garden and a door leads out to the side of the home.
