"This house was the show home and you can see why! It could be the stunning views, maybe the sweeping driveway, the privacy, the location or the space with four bedrooms, three receptions, en-suite, garage & gardens. The combination certainly creates a family home of true distinction.

The Location
The location of this property is superb. Facing south and enjoying tranquil, open aspect views over fields and taking in the Bowland Fells to the left you may feel like you've escaped to the country but in truth all the conveniences of the town are close by. There is a great road connection to the Heysham Bypass and with the new link road soon to connect to the M6 this particular area will have great connections for commuters. There are shops and the trading estate within easy reach and several good local schools serve the area. The historic village of Heysham is close by with an array of shops and cafes. There's stunning walks along the coast and beach and you'll find plenty to entertain the family within the local area whether it's beach combing, bowling, leisure centres or the cinema. For life's essentials you'll find Westgate, close by, offers just about everything from newsagents and florists to tyres and carpets. Wells Close is part of the Priorsgate development, completed circa 1990, a cul de sac development offering a relatively peaceful setting with great access to amenities.

The front garden provides a great screen with mature plantings it adds to the privacy of the home without impeding the views over fields. the driveway sweeps up to the front of the house and allows parking for several vehicles. The garage is accessed by an up and over garage door to the front and there is a pedestrian door to the side. At the rear of the home is a private lawn garden with mature plants to the boundaries.
