"A MODERNISED BUNGALOW!...BARE!... With the village of Bare just a step away this modernised, true bungalow is bound to be popular. The home offers generous rooms, has 2 bedrooms and an extended sun room. There's gated driveway parking and a private garden too.

LOCATION Bare and Torrisholme are sought after addresses locally and bungalows here can sell fast. With two convenient village centres, regular bus services and a wealth of local amenities it's not hard to see why the area is so popular.
Bare train station is around half a mile away and the city of Lancaster is only a 6 minute journey; there is also a regular, frequent bus service. The area has popular and active local churches. The village of Bare has a thriving local community. At its heart is Princes Crescent with an array of shops, cafes and businesses from an award winning delicatessen to an established art gallery. The main street runs up to the promenade, famed for its spectacular views across Morecambe Bay to the Lakeland fells. PROPERTY OVERVIEW A well kept and extended semi detached bungalow. The Vaillant gas combination boiler for the home is housed in a cupboard in the bathroom.
Both bedrooms are a generous size and feature modern decor. The master is to the rear and bedroom two to the front. OUTSIDE To the front of the home there is an attractive front garden with mature plants. The boundary hedge to the left is a real feature with striking flowers throughout the summer months. The driveway to the side is gated and there is a detached garage to the rear. At the back of the house is a lovely garden with lawn and patio.
