The Location Grosvenor Park is conveniently situated between Lancaster and Morecambe. With great local amenities including a popular primary school on the development itself it continues to attract many families. Built circa 1990 the houses vary from smaller town houses to large detached residences and are very popular with local families and professionals. The area is very well positioned being between the local centres of Lancaster, Morecambe and Heysham and so is well placed for all the areas main employers. Lancaster and Morecambe College is just across the road from Grosvenor Park and Asda is also close by. If you commute out of the area the M6 can be reached conveniently by a variety of routes and there is, of course, a regular bus service between Lancaster and Morecambe. Why This Home?
