LOCATION Situated in Westgate, this property has the best of both worlds. It is convenient for Morecambe and also Lancaster City centre. As we drive down Westgate and turn into Portland Drive, then into Lawnswood, the property is on the right as we proceed into Dorchester Gardens. This is a quiet residential area of similar properties. There are local shops, pubs and post office just a short walk/drive away. Also, a regular bus service takes us into both Lancaster and Morecambe giving access to all city centre amenities.
