The Location
Dallam Avenue is a residential road which runs parallel with Morecambe Promenade. Traditionally well thought of, this area is becoming increasingly popular. It is well placed for the promenade, Bare village, the town centre and offers a great array of local amenities from schools and churches to local shops. Dallam Avenue mainly consists of semi detached homes circa 1930.

A Brief Introduction
This is a great starter home or an ideal investment opportunity.
