Location Carleton Street lies within a popular residential area in the seaside town of Morecambe. The area is within walking distance to a whole host of culinary, cultural, business and shopping related amenities on offer in the nearby town centre. The area is made up of similar styled semi-detached properties with a few bungalows and even fewer detached homes interspersed between. This area has long been popular with local families and there are popular local schools and churches nearby. The train station is a 5-10 minute walk and the regular bus service to Lancaster and Heysham is closeby. What we love This warm and welcoming family home boasts a larger than average garden and we love the handy downstairs W.C.
