What The Owner Says
We moved into this house as first time buyers and consider ourselves extremely lucky. We aren't originally from the area and took a risk moving somewhere completely new but it has been the best decision we could have made- we are only moving as we have outgrown this house since having our children. The house had previously been renovated when we bought it and we have maintained it to it's present standard with a modern kitchen and bathroom with easy to maintain flooring in both. The back garden is also low maintenance and there is plenty of space for outside furniture, with the benefit of sunshine throughout the day.We consider it a big advantage being walking distance (less than 10mins) to the metro as well as supermarkets and numerous restaurants, and will miss our neighbours who first welcomed us to the street and never miss our children's birthdays. It's an ideal family home or for a couple such as ourselves that were looking for their first place to call home.
