'Our lovely three bedroom town house is situated in a very quiet pretty housing development whilst being in walking distance to a multitude of local shops. There are beautiful views out of the front and back and it is a safe street for our two year old son to ride up and down on his bicycle. We have added extra cupboards to our kitchen and to the utility room and we have put in beautiful modern fitted wardrobes and plush carpet in the main bedroom and real wooden floors in the lounge and third bedroom. The house is well insulated so we don't have to put the heating on very much except in the cold winter. We are very happy here and we will be sad to leave. Anyone who buys this house will be lucky to live here.'
