Situated in a lovely quiet location, minutes walk from Prestwich village, tram stops, Heaton Park and St Mary's Park. Supermarkets and the M60 are within five minutes drive. We find being an end terrace makes a big difference, in particular, the back yard has sun throughout the day in summer. The large basement has been very useful storage space for us."
