"41 Leigh Road is a lovely Edwardian property which celebrated its 100th birthday in 2006. With a number of original features it is a magnificent example of solid Edwardian residential construction.

The first floor apartment is accessed from Leigh Road. To the front aspect is a low maintenance concreted planted area maintained by the landlord for your convenience..

The living accommodation is accessed via the hallway, stairs, and attractive landing area featuring original restored skylights. Two grand chandeliers grace the traditionally high ceilings typical of the Edwardian era, illuminating a spacious landing area adorned with a solid natural wood chest of drawers & lamp and a gallery of framed photographs of local scenery.

Kitchen/Diner
Formerly one of the large bedrooms of the original dwelling, the kitchen and dining area now forms a cosy and intimate environment for everyday living. With its separate lounge area with TV, the question begs, why venture further afield to the lounge!?
