"This is a Charleston Property, the largest 3 bed terraced home built on the sought after development of Lytham Quays. It is a good sized home with the benefit of a south facing garden with garage and driveway. Well maintained and presented with wood flooring to Hallway and Lounge and modern pergo tiling to the Cloakroom, Bathroom, Ensuite and Kitchen which is open to the Dining Room. The stairs and bedrooms have fitted carpets. Dimmer switches have been fitted to most rooms including lounge and bedrooms. There is also downlighting fitted in the kitchen.
