"This house was snapped up off plan when it was originally purchased when Lytham Quays was being developed. There are only four of these houses on the whole of the estate, so they don't come up very often. The enclosed rear garden is very safe for children and it attracts the sun for a good part of the day being almost South facing. The area in general is very family oriented with the Lytham Quays Play Area just around the corner for the younger children and plenty of really good schools nearby, both state run and private.

The house has a roomy and very light feel to it, with windows facing all aspects. The hallway is spacious and leads upstairs to a gallery style landing. Beyond the upstairs the loft has been boarded out so there is plenty of room to store your Christmas decorations, or even set up your model railway! There is a ladder up to the loft and lighting up there too. This extra storage leaves the house without clutter, plus a very handy 'under stairs' storage provides the ideal place for the hoover and ironing board. There is also a utility room, leaving the kitchen free for cooking. It is a good sized kitchen so ideal for a beginner to a Masterchef! The whole house is well maintained and with up to date decoration meaning it is ready to just move in and carry on living!

The home is located within walking distance of Lytham Centre with all its shopping, cafes, restaurants and bars. It is also a stone's throw from Lytham Green and all it has to offer. Sit back in your garden on a warm balmy evening in August and listen to the music from Lytham Festival, be it classical, rock or pop, it's all on offer for free! There are other events held on the Green throughout the year such as 40s Weekend and St George's Day, plenty of family fun to be experienced. When there are no events it is just as enjoyable to take a walk along the length to Fairhaven, or just enjoy a game of football, cricket or even frisbee with the kids.

So if you are a growing family looking for that slightly larger house in a good location like Lytham Quays then why not book a viewing today.
