About the location We love Fairfield. It's a little superb of Lancaster and one with a real community feel. Fairfield is known for it's greenery. There's the play area for the children. The allotments for those with green fingers. Let's not forget the fauna reserve or the community orchad there for locals to freely enjoy the fruit once ripened. From Fairfield you can be in the city in minutes. The train station is almost on your doorstop. There are also excellent local schools. Fairfield appeals to so many. It's easy to see why. A little about the home This extended semi detached home is currently rented and will be available with no chain.

The ground floor offers a hallway with access into both the main living room and also the dining room.
