About the location Windsor Avenue is a quiet and family orientated street situated in one of South Lancaster's most desirable residential areas. The Bowerham area of Lancaster offers its residents easy access to a whole host of local amenities. It is well serviced by public transport and is perfectly placed for access to the city's major employers, the universities and the Royal Lancaster Infirmary. Within minutes residents of Windsor avenue can be either in the bustling city centre or out enjoying the scenery of the Lune Valley.
