"Wow! We just love this semi detached home which has been well presented by the owners. The decor is tasteful and the rooms are generous. This is the perfect family home situated close to a wide variety of amenities and schools. Come and view!

About the location Windsor Avenue is a quiet and family orientated street situated in one of South Lancaster's most desirable residential areas. The Bowerham area of Lancaster offers its residents easy access to a whole host of local amenities. It is well serviced by public transport and is perfectly placed for access to the city's major employers, the universities and the Royal Lancaster Infirmary. Within minutes residents of Windsor Avenue can be either in the bustling city centre or out enjoying the scenery of the Lune Valley. Williamson's Park is only a short walk away too and the home resides inside the catchment area for some of the city's most highly regarded schools! What we like... There are so many positive this home has to offer but the main thing's we really like are the modern open plan fitted kitchen diner which is an ideal space for any family to enjoy. Also there is the converted loft space which has two Velux windows looking over the rooftops of neighbouring homes and the countryside beyond. A brief description This semi detached home offers an entrance porch which the open up into the main hallway.
