What We Like! There's a secret in the attic! The attic has been boarded, carpeted, plastered and features a Velux window. The current owners have set it up as a home gym and office! Location Windsor Avenue is a quiet and family orientated street situated in one of South Lancaster's most desirable residential areas. The Bowerham area of Lancaster offers its residents easy access to a whole host of local ammenities. It is well serviced by public transport and is perfectly placed for access to the city's major employers, the universities and the Royal Lancaster Infirmary. Within minutes residents of Windsor avenue can be either in the bustling city centre or out enjoying the scenery of the Lune Valley. Williamson's Park is only a short walk away too and the home resides inside the catchment area for some of the city's most highly regarded schools! Overview This delightful 1930's semi-detached home is situated towards the end of the street. It opens into a light and spacious hallway. On the ground floor we find two reception rooms that open onto each other through bi-folding doors and the modern fitted kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms, a newly fitted shower room and a loft room! The electric oven and ceramic hob are integrated into the cabinetry and there is space and plumbing for appliances beneath the counter. There is also ample space for all those worktop appliances! There is a delightful slate effect floor which nicely ties with the mosaic splash back and cream walls. The first floor To the first floor viewers will find a spacious landing servicing 3 bedrooms and the shower room. The master bedroom is elegantly decorated in champagne and cream colours with an attractive fleur de lys style paper and matching carpet to tone in. It is a beautiful and light space, benefiting again from a large bay window. With two deep alcoves either side of the chimney breast there is space for bedroom furniture. The second bedroom is another generously sized double bedroom with a large south facing window overlooking the rear garden, rooftops and open fields beyond. Decorated in monochrome with an on trend dark grey carpet. There is a funky zebra print feature wallpaper. There is ample space for bedroom furniture. The third bedroom is a good size single again featuring a monochrome design scheme.

The stylish modern shower room was fitted in 2014. It is tiled entirely in a luxurious creamy sandstone colour with contrasting slate grey flooring. The 3 piece white suite comprises of w.c, modern sink and shower with chrome, rainfall head. It's an elegant place to unwind.

The attic is accessed from a pull down ladder on the landing. Viewers will see that it has been boarded and is used as a home office and gym, with lovely views from the velux to the open fields behind Bowerham. The Exterior To the rear of the home is a well maintained garden. There is an attractive raised decking area, allowing the most to be made of this south facing garden. The well manicured lawn is surrounded by beautifully planted borders. A drive runs down the side of the property offering access to the garage.
