With two reception rooms, three bedrooms and a kitchen, utility and a bathroom, you will have everything you need. Externally there are gardens and off street parking available. THE LOCATION Windsor Avenue is located in Bowerham which is one of Lancaster's most desirable family locations and rightly so as it has so much to offer. Close by on Bowerham Road you will find there are many local amenities including hairdressers, a florist, butchers, a bakers and a handy Spar convenience store. Close by there are three popular Primary Schools which is what makes this area ideal for families. Not too far away there is the University of Cumbria and Lancaster University is also only a short distance to travel. Regular buses run into Lancaster's city centre which is only approximately two miles away where you can find all the high street shops and a vibrant nightlife also. Williamson's Park is a short walk away where you can find approximately 52 acres of public park area and it is here you will find the impressive Ashton Memorial.
