About the location Wharfedale Road is located in a residential area of Lancaster just off Willow Lane that is a walk-able distance from the railway station, the city centre and the vibrant night life of St George's Quay. The area comprises of a mix of homes from Victorian terraces, through to new modern townhouses and attracts a diverse clientele. Local amenities include a convenience store, fish and chip shops, corner shops, great transport links and a number of schools. What we like... We were really impressed with the space and style which the living room offers. The main focal point has to be the multi fuel stove which is a great addition to any home! A brief description The ground floor offers you a small entrance hall with access through to your main living area. The lounge is to the front of the home and features the multi fuel stove to the centre of the room. Just off the lounge is where you will find the kitchen which offers ample space to dine and also further storage under the stairs.

Upstairs you will discover the master bedroom is to the front of the home and there are two bedrooms which look out over the rear garden and allotments beyond. The bathroom has also been recently fitted with a modern three piece suite in white which buyers will appreciate.

Externally there is a low maintenance courtyard area to the front of the home and a pathway leads down the side and round to the rear garden which offers a patio and lawned area along with a timber shed for storage. Ground floor rooms The main entrance to the front of the home opens up into a well appointed hall with the stairs straight ahead of you and a doorway on your right opening into the main living area of the home. You will see that the lounge is a rather generous size and offers a bright and airy feel thanks to the large double glazed window to the front elevation.
