"An extended and deceptively spacious semi detached home. There is so much space. We love the large open plan family room and how there are 3 separate reception rooms. It also retains many of the original features! No chain.
Where is Torrisholme Road? Home in Scale Hall are exceptionally popular, especially ones on Torrisholme Road as you get so much more space! This home has a brilliant location. It is super handy for the recently opened bypass which means you have quick and easy access to the M6. Torrisholme Road is also much quieter too because of it. There is considerably less traffic than there was.
Within the area there is an excellent range of local shops with local grocery / convenience stores in both Scale Hall and neighbouring Torrisholme. The large Asda is also only a short drive away. If you don't drive regular buses pass by. Lancaster's Rugby Club with all of it's open green space is just a short walk.
Another great feature of the location is that you are half way between Lancaster and Morecambe.
