LOCATION Scale Hall is a popular residential area located centrally between Lancaster and Morecambe. The area predominately comprises semi detached homes, many with generous sized gardens, although bungalows and town houses also appear. Local amenities include primary schools and nurseries, convenience stores and supermarkets and a post office to name a few. Regular buses connect Lancaster and Morecambe and there is also a cycle path into the towns. Lancaster & Morecambe College is close by. PROPERTY OVERVIEW A three bed semi detached house which offers generous family space in a popular area and, with a little TLC, will be a great family home.
