The Location Samuel's Court is a small development of converted apartments in a building which used to be a Junior School at the top of Moor Lane in South Lancaster. This popular area is less than 1 mile from the City Centre with first time buyers, investors and academics all living within this vicinity in homes which vary in size from two to five bedrooms. This property is ideally located for both Williamson park and Lancaster canal. Close by are excellent schools including the renowned Boys Grammar school. Just a short walk away you will find local shops including a convenience store and the popular Gregson Community Centre.
