Upstairs you will find three bedrooms of which two are doubles and a three piece bathroom suite. Externally the home has off street parking and a small garden area to the front and a fantastic sized rear garden which offers a patio garden area and a lawned area with mature planted borders. There's even a shed and garage for storage. PLEASING ENTRANCE The hallway has been decorated in a neutral and modern style and has access into the ground floor rooms available along with a carpeted staircase providing access up to the first floor level. LOUNGE WITH STOVE This main living room is located to the front of the property and looks into the well maintained garden area. The main focal point of this room is a real feature and will appeal to many buyers out there. To the centre of the room you will see there is a multi fuel burning stove which sits on a slate hearth. Glazed doors open up into the kitchen from the lounge and also allow further light into the room. MODERN KITCHEN The kitchen really is a good size and as there is a separate utility room, you really do have a good amount of storage available. The units have been finished in a modern style with the wall units benefiting from having built in lights underneath offering extra light onto your work surface. Built in appliances include a dishwasher and an electric oven, hob and extractor fan. A further feature to this room is the exposed brick wall to the dining area and from here you will find double glazed French style doors opening into the rear garden. HANDY UTILITY ROOM Most traditional three bed semi's don't offer a utility room, however this home does and it is here you will find the plumbing for the washing machine along with space for a fridge freezer. The floor has been tiled for ease of cleaning and there is a further double glazed rear exit door opening into the garden. THE LANDING AREA Once up the stairs you will see that the first floor landing has timber framed doors which open into all the rooms available and a window to the side elevation allowing in the natural light. TIME FOR BED The main bedroom has just recently been fitted with a new carpet and is a good sized double room overlooking the front of the property and there is a feature papered wall to the chimney breast.
Your second double bedroom this time has the enviable aspect over the extensive rear garden and it is also here where you will find access up to the part boarded loft via a wooden pull down ladder and a built in cupboard houses the boiler.
The third and final bedroom is actually currently used as a dressing room and some people may even use it for something similar or maybe even an office space if you need one. If not this single sized room overlooks the front and has been decorated in a modern style. TILED BATHROOM The bathroom has been fitted with a modern three piece suite in white which is what we all now have come to expect. The vendors have had this room fully tiled for ease of cleaning and a frosted double glazed window allows in ample natural light. There is also a built in extractor fan, so you won't have to open the window to let out the steam. WHAT'S OUTSIDE? Well to the front of the property you will see that there is off road parking available on the driveway and there are mature planted bushes offering privacy at the front.
Once round the back though is where this homes best selling feature can be found.
The rear garden is a fantastic sized space and has been almost split into two separate areas with the first being a good sized flagged patio seating area where you can sit and relax after a long hard day at work. This then leads onto a generous sized and well maintained lawned area which has fenced boundaries making this an enclosed space. The timber storage shed (like the house) has also recently has a new roof and the garage is a great place to use for storage."
