A Great Location Scale Hall is a popular residential area located centrally between Lancaster and Morecambe. The area predominately comprises of semi detached homes, many with generously sized gardens, although bungalows and town houses also appear. Local amenities include primary schools and nurseries, convenience stores and supermarkets and a post office to name a few. Regular buses connect Lancaster and Morecambe and there is also a cycle path into the towns. Lancaster & Morecambe College is close by. Property Overview Originally a three bedroomed home, this spacious two bedroomed semi detached house offers generous accommodation which benefits from gas central heating and uPVC double glazing throughout.
