The Location
Lincoln Road is situated in the Fairfield area of Lancaster which is located on the south side of the city. It is not far from local amenities such as the city centre, train station and local schools. Lovely footpaths and open country are five minutes away. There is very little traffic. Lincoln road is a popular spot and you can see why with it being in such a great location.

Brief Description
This is a really lovely and spacious 2 bedroom mid terrace property, this property just feels so homely as soon as you walk in. With original features and added features such as the log burner, large kitchen diner and the rear yard with two blackbirds who visit annually and feed off the ivy berries.
