THE LOCATION The historic village of Halton is a village located three miles East of Lancaster, on the banks of the River Lune. Halton features many 17th and 18th century buildings as well as many more residential dwellings built in more recent times. The village of Halton is thriving and has real sense of community with the purpose built community centre offering sports and family fun for all. Halton also benefits from a recently completed Doctor's surgery, highly regarded primary school and numerous smaller village shops. The area is noted for it's greenery, pleasing riverside walks, countryside views and easy access for commuters to both the M6 and universities. A cycle path runs along the edge of the river Lune into in the City Centre or through into the village of Caton and beyond. PROPERTY OVERVIEW 7 Low Road is situated in the popular Lune Valley village of Halton and is a must view. THE GROUND FLOOR This property enters into a small hallway from the side entrance door and from here the stairs naturally lead up to the first floor. Proceed round passing Our Lady's High School on the right-hand side and taking the left-hand fork going round to the left into Skerton. At the traffic lights continue along the main road taking the next right turning onto Aldrens Lane. Proceed onto Halton Road passing the Army Camp on the right hand side. Once at the mini roundabout take the third exit onto the Low Road where the property will be found on the left hand side.
