"A well proportioned semi detached dormer bungalow in the popular village of Halton. With 2 reception rooms and two double bedrooms upstairs, the accommodation is flexible. The property benefits from double glazing throughout and has an attached garage. Both the front and rear gardens have been beautifully maintained. There is off street parking for several cars to the front and a good sized lawn area. The back garden feels secluded and comprises mature hedges and shrubs, a seating area and a lawned area.Chain free.

LOCATION The village of Halton is located less than 3 miles from the city of Lancaster. It has all of the expected village amenities including a shop, pub, church and primary school. It is close to the river Lune for walks and is just a few minutes drive to junction 34 of the M6.
