About the Location Ellwood Avenue is a small, quiet, residential cul de sac in the popular area of Beaumont in north Lancaster.

The River Lune is close by, offering pleasing walks along its banks into the city or out into the Lune Valley district. The Lancaster Canal is also a short distance away. This area also benefits from a range of local amenities and businesses along the main A6, and there is a regular bus route linking Morecambe with Lancaster and beyond.
