Introduction

This beautiful and spacious home lies just to the south of the stunning historic city of Lancaster. 

It is situated within a quiet cul-de-sac, and close to the main Lancaster University campus with great access to both the main A6 road, and the M6 motorway; the house would suit anyone, families in paricular, given its ample interior living space and moderately-sized garden, complete with a few fruit trees.

It features a large driveway with ample parking along with a single garage with up-and-over door. There is a shed at the rear of the garage. 

There are good aminities in the area: nearby is situated a Booths supermarket, pub, local takeaway, and hairdressers. It is also close to bus stops for routes to/from Lancaster and Lancaster University. The area also has some good near-by schools.

The ground floor...

The lounge

A good sized room located to the right as you enter the house, this large room is west-facing with a large window bringing in plenty of light.

The dining room

The dining room is through a set of double-doors and again is a good space, enough for a large dining table that can seat six people, with room to spare. 

Conservatory

A conservatory backs onto the dining room with a patio door connecting the two. This is east-facing and is ideal for enjoying breakfast in the mornings on a lovely sunny day with the sun streaming through the glass, giving a lovely view of the garden.

The Kitchen

The kitchen features plenty of cupboard space with plenty of room for utilities such as a dish washer etc. A seperate concertina door leads to another cupboard with ample storage. Since the photos were taken the kitchen has had a new Beko electric built-in single-oven.
