Location Clougha Avenue is a quiet cul-de-sac, situated in one of Lancaster's most desirable locations,Bowerham. Located on the South side of the city, it attracts a wide range of client?le from professionals, growing families to the retired. There are many local amenities within walking distance ranging from a Spar convenience store, a chip shop, florists, hairdressers, butchers, schools, churches and a public house to name but a few. The University of Cumbria and Williamson's Park are also within walking distance. There are excellent transport links with regular buses both to Lancaster University and the city centre.
